Krystle is a solicitor at the firm and advises First Nations on matters of economic development, corporate and commercial transactions, and corporate governance. She also assists and acts as counsel on matters of consultation and accommodation, and treaty negotiations. She has the privilege of working with a broad range of clients including First Nations, and has experience advising and executing various transactions including incorporations, limited partnerships, share and asset purchases, shareholder agreements, trusts, leases, residential and commercial conveyances and mortgages, and a wide range of contracts.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in Psychology and English from the University of British Columbia, Krystle attended the University of Alberta and obtained her law degree in 2009. While attending law school Krystle worked with Student Legal Services of Edmonton and Legal Aid Alberta.
Prior to joining Peter Grant & Associates, Krystle articled and worked in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, gaining experience in both litigation and solicitor’s work, before developing a practice in the areas of corporate commercial, wills and estates and real estate law.
